White Horse Employment is partnering with a national retailer based in Bristol, supporting their search for a Finance Business Partner.

You will be reporting directly into an experienced and forward-thinking FP&A Manager, who you will deputise for.

The majority of the role will be focused around:
  • Building and maintaining relationships within the wider business
  • Creating and monitoring of business KPIs
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Providing regular commentary and analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Regular process improvement
Ideally, you will be a fully qualified management accountant with a passion for building relationships with non-finance colleagues. This role lends itself perfectly to someone who is looking to join a dynamic organisation where they can develop their people management skills.
