White Horse Employment are pleased to be working with an exciting, cutting edge prestigious company. Based in Marlborough, they are looking for a HR Administrator to join their growing team on a full-time, temporary contract on going, at least with the potential to go permanent.

As the HR Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating the HR system with new starters packs and conducting onboarding.
  • Issuing employee contracts and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Supporting HR managers with queries & general HR tasks as required.
  • Assisting the finance department with payroll.
  • Maintain policy, procedure and best practice guidance.

They are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is highly organised and someone who is able work well in a busy and fast paced environment. There is an emphasis on computer literacy within the role and the successful candidate must be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
