A global software group that is backed by Private Equity is looking for you to join their team, within a Financial Due Diligence role in their M&A function.
This role is perfectly suited to someone who is working in Transactional Services on the “buy side”.
The role will involve:
- Leading Financial Due Diligence for each potential acquisition for the group
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and advisors to ensure seamless due diligence
- Building and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders in the target businesses including CEOs and owners
- Continuous improvement of the financial due diligence process, implementing best practices to improve deal outcomes
In order to be considered for this role, you must be a strong accountant with 5+ years’ experience working within a Financial Due Diligence department (ideally within a big-4 accounting firm). You must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex financial information.
You must also be business proficient in English, and have the right to work in a European country indefinitely.
