White Horse Employment is working in partnership with a PE backed software group, supporting the search for an M&A Manager.
This role lends itself perfectly to someone working in the M&A space, ideally having trained at a top 10 accountancy practice.
This is a varied exciting opportunity for someone looking to move into an industry environment, who is also looking to be involved in the entire M&A process. The overall responsibilities for the role will include:
Managing and maintaining relationships with potential M&A targets and their senior stakeholders
Researching and analysing potential acquisition targets
Full ownership of the due diligence process of acquisition targets
Supporting the business development team with the negotiation process
Preparing and executing presentations to senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Owning the entire acquisition process, with support from the wider team when required
This role is a hands-on and fast paced role, so it is crucial that you are an excellent communicator, and are a very well organised individual.
