White Horse Employment is working in partnership with a PE backed software group, supporting the search for an M&A Manager.

This role lends itself perfectly to someone working in the M&A space, ideally having trained at a top 10 accountancy practice.

This is a varied exciting opportunity for someone looking to move into an industry environment, who is also looking to be involved in the entire M&A process. The overall responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with potential M&A targets and their senior stakeholders

  • Researching and analysing potential acquisition targets

  • Full ownership of the due diligence process of acquisition targets

  • Supporting the business development team with the negotiation process

  • Preparing and executing presentations to senior stakeholders both internally and externally

  • Owning the entire acquisition process, with support from the wider team when required


This role is a hands-on and fast paced role, so it is crucial that you are an excellent communicator, and are a very well organised individual.
