I’m exclusively working with a rapidly growing consultancy, founded 10+ years ago, they have grown extensively and have secured multiple large-scale contracts. This rapid growth has led the company to invest heavily in its employees, giving them plenty of opportunities to move up within the organisation. This is the perfect role for someone looking to get stuck into some large-scale projects and looking to work with a highly experienced and skilled team.

They’re looking for an individual to come in, on an initial 3-month contract to support and manage its payroll function.

Duties:
- Processing overtime submissions, commission, bonus, and deductions
- Support the finance team when needed
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for accurate employee data
- Process pension schemes, monthly payroll input, and other ad hoc payroll reports

Requirements:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Proven experience of managing a companies payroll
