In this role you will be part of a team of 4 where the role will be more focused around accounts payable however you will cover additional elements of finance as well. This is perfect for someone who is an experienced finance assistant who wants to develop further with an established finance team. You will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including:
Supplier Management: Setting up new supplier accounts, maintaining existing account details, liaising with suppliers on enquiries and payments.
Invoice Processing: Matching and processing supplier invoices and credit notes for several internal units, managing payment runs within agreed terms.
Reconciliations: Conducting monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and performing month-end ledger reconciliations.
Bank Reconciliations: Handling bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Stock Management: Managing stock discrepancies and reconciling outstanding purchase orders.
Administrative Support: Printing and archiving invoices, filing, and providing ad hoc support to the finance team.
