We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting HR Coordinator to join our client based in the heart of Trowbridge supporting their HR department across multiple functions throughout their Wiltshire sites. Reporting to the HRBP, this is a full-time opportunity to gain valuable experience across all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support with the day to day HR & Recruitment operations, including support on their management systems
- Project support
- Be the lead on the preparation of data coming through the system, cleaning and then supporting the development of new system implementations
Requirements:
- Experience of working within a HR environment
- Knowledge of developing administration systems and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically with excel
