Our client is seeking an immediately available Receptionist with great admin skills to join our clients team based in Frome. This position is a temporary role for 2/3 months with a chance to be extended, This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Hours
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (30 minute lunch break)
Pay
Hourly pay £12.50
