​We are looking for an excellent all round administrator to join a leading technology solutions business in the outskirts of Bath as a Business Administrator!

This position is being brought in to provide varied support to the wider team and is an exciting opportunity to get involved with all areas of the business. Each day will be different and we’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual that’s happy to get stuck in wherever required and support a great team of people.

Responsibilities of the role include:

· Answering inbound telephone calls, resolving queries where possible and forwarding to the relevant department.

· General office support including greeting visitors, handling deliveries and maintaining office supplies.

· Maintaining the admin inbox alongside wider team.

· Inputting data into CRM system to support managers.

· Any ad hoc administrative duties to help business needs.

Key qualities and experience required:

· Previous experience within an office environment.

· Ability to work fully onsite 5 days a week.

· Excellent organisation and administration skills.

· Polite, friendly and helpful manner.

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

· A great team player!
