White Horse Employment are exclusively partnering with a retail business based in the North of Wiltshire to aid their search for a Finance Assistant. This company are experiencing a period of significant growth as a leader within their industry and only look to continue this in the future.
This is a temporary role that will last around 3 months in which you will be involved in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control as well as staff expenses. You will be dealing with the backlog within the team across the department.
A day-to-day could include:
Processing supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure staff expenses are recorded and dealt with correctly.
Raising sales invoices and ensuring cash is allocated to the correct account.
Complete supplier statement reconciliations.
Help the wider finance team where necessary.
