We are delighted to partner with a highly reputable Marlborough based business, eager to continue the support the business receives from their current HR Business Partner.

Our client is a large organisation and the role will be a true business partnering role whereby you can make a real difference supporting them to create, manage and develop a high performing team that is aligned with business strategy and engaged with the organisations eager expectations.

To be considered, all applicants must possess the following:

  • CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent

  • An experience HR professional capable of advising senior leadership on complex HR matter

  • Commercial understanding & experience.

  • Recruitment experience; from attraction to selection & succession planning.

  • Good understanding & experience of standard HR KPIs, trending etc.

  • Strong coaching and influencing skills.

  • Project management, change management & OD experience.

  • Understanding of how to drive Employee Engagement.
