Our client is a large organisation and the role will be a true business partnering role whereby you can make a real difference supporting them to create, manage and develop a high performing team that is aligned with business strategy and engaged with the organisations eager expectations.
To be considered, all applicants must possess the following:
CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent
An experience HR professional capable of advising senior leadership on complex HR matter
Commercial understanding & experience.
Recruitment experience; from attraction to selection & succession planning.
Good understanding & experience of standard HR KPIs, trending etc.
Strong coaching and influencing skills.
Project management, change management & OD experience.
Understanding of how to drive Employee Engagement.
