JOB TITLE: HR Co_ordinator LOCATION: Keynsham SALARY & BENEFITS: £13.85 per hour HOURS: Full time
We are urgently seeking an HR Co-Ordinator with experience working in a shared service environment. Our client is a global business with over 3000 employees in the UK, they operate a shared service centre to support their staff methodically and efficiently by responding to queries, processing information, updating employee records thought a ticketed system.
You will be working in a busy People Services Team, supporting with the co-ordination and administration of necessary tasks within the people directive remit. Whereby you will be receiving actionable HR queries, all require efficient and accurate responses from an organised and efficient individual, capable of processing HR tasks which may include accurately updating databases with complex information, often pertaining to salaries, staff absences and the keeping employee records up today.
You will be confident in your ability to accurately process information efficiently; you will have experience working with HR databases and have a strong work ethic and be comfortable in a busy environment. This role is working within a newly formed team of employee relations specialists and there will be the opportunity to apply for permanent roles in due course, inclusive of leadership roles.
This is a hybrid role, with flexible hours and working from home available, office presence is also required. You will be working in a fast paced and busy environment, with a lively, supportive, and friendly team who are eager for an individual who can accurately follow their robust processes, learn quickly and work through a ticketed system within an HR shared service centre.
We are seeking individuals who can easily commute to Keynsham and are available immediately, we are unable to accept candidates beholden to notice periods and/or need to relocate, as the role is due to begin next Wednesday 13th December 2023.
