We seek an enthusiastic HR professional looking for a new challenge or perhaps the next step in their HR career.

Our client is a reputable manufacturer with a small dedicated and supportive HR team.  You will be supporting the HR leader with the manufacturing employee directive.  This will involve advising on basic HR queries, managing any employee relations cases, as well as continually promoting employee engagement. 

As part of your role you will be responsible for all on-boarding, referencing, exit interviews and employee life cycle operations.

For all manufacturing staff the successful applicant will be the known HR representative capable of resolving their queries/providing vital information pertaining to their employment, supporting by a long standing HR Leader. 

The is a permanent role, looking for a reliable and eager HR professional, looking to learn new skills or apply their own experience to a busy and interesting HR generalist role.
