Our client is a large organisation and the role will be a true business partnering role whereby you can make a real difference supporting them to create, manage and develop a high performing team that is aligned with business strategy and engaged with the organisations eager expectations.
To be considered, all applicants must possess the following:
- CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent
- An experience HR professional capable of advising senior leadership on complex HR matter
- Commercial understanding & experience.
- Recruitment experience; from attraction to selection & succession planning.
- Good understanding & experience of standard HR KPIs, trending etc.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills.
- Project management, change management & OD experience.
- Understanding of how to drive Employee Engagement.
