Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide friendly, helpful technical assistance to computer users onsite/remote.
- Running diagnostic tests to identify and troubleshoot technical problems
- Installing, modifying, repairing, and upgrading computer hardware and software
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to higher tiers of support
- Documenting support cases with details of issues and resolutions
- Participating in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge
Requirements:
- Knowledge of commonly used operating systems, software, databases, networks
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
