They are currently recruiting for a Quality Specialist to join their well-established & diverse Support team due to an increased demand within the business. Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience to thousands of service users & key workers across the country
- Effectively managing, logging and resolving queries to ensure their customers get top class service
- You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, helping to drive the business forward and build their outstanding reputation for excellence within their field
Pay rate - £12 per hour
The role covers their core working hours, Monday - Friday and offers flexibility in the form of a hybrid working structure. This assignment is on an ongoing temporary basis and does have the potential to go permanent.
